I just got home from having lunch with the munchkin. We had Taco Bell and all the girls sitting around us were sooo jealous! (you know that Alyx is a handsome guy and the girls in his school have certainly noticed lol!) So, I now know what each of their favorite foods are from Taco Bell. Wow, I thought Alyx talked a lot - not compared to these little girls... So, anywho...

This morning Grandma Lena and I went to Alyx's First Grade Reading Awards Ceremony. I am just so proud of him! He worked really hard learning to read this year and it's so fun to see how proud he is of his accomplishment. He was the second student in his class to achieve gold medal status!!!
